It amazes me how some companies are trying to use Facebook and other social networking sites. Many have created actual Facebook profiles that you can become friends with. Look, I know that advertising has to be done on these sites, but I don’t want to be your friend A+ Lumber, or Mike’s Car Shop. Companies should really just stick to the traditional sidebar advertising. There is a point when too much advertising is bad, or when advertising gets so annoying you vow to never purchase anything from that company simply because you are bugged. So if I ever own a company, I am going to just purchase side bar ads, because anything else is just annoying.
