Everyone has a little art in their house. Usually it is pretty dull and you won’t notice the art itself, rather that the house does not have blank walls. Here’s the thing though: dull art is boring! No one remembers a house that has the usual art, and no one will know your real personality if you do not get some art with a little flair. Maybe your personality is boring, but if it is not, I have seen enough watercolors of the ocean and the sun setting. Find something unique! Find something that you truly enjoy to look at. I know that when I own my own house, I will have a few of the Magic Eye pictures hung. I think their fun, and how many other people do you know with a Magic Eye hung?

All of my logos end up looking like someone else’s. I think it may be easiest to “spill” a bottle of ink on a piece of paper and go with it, because only that way will I have a unique logo design. Logo designers just know how to make a logo stand out and look creative. It really takes a professional’s mind and eye to make great logos. Everyone has seen a logo that just looks awful, or looks exactly like someone else’s. Those logos are pointless because they aren’t creative or unique. I am going to leave logo design up to professionals because my logos are neither creative nor unique. |
