People always are looking to eat healthier, but one thing people forget is they also have to drink healthier. A soda pop has so much sugar and so many calories, and just because it isn’t as dense as food doesn’t mean it isn’t as bad for you. Soda and other sugary drinks are almost worse for your teeth as well. You should try to limit soda and other sugary drinks as much as possible for your health and dental hygiene. If you are going to drink a lot of soda, try to drink diet soda. It usually won’t make you skinnier, but it is definitely better for your teeth. You will have far fewer cavities. The ideal drink is water, but we all need a Diet coke or two here and there.

When you are looking to become healthier and maybe loss a little weight, one, kind of counterintuitive, thing to try is eating a larger breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day for quite a few reasons. First, by eating a large breakfast, it wakes up your metabolism earlier, giving your body more time to burn off calories and fat. This is important because you naturally burn calories while you are awake, so giving your body as much time to burn calories as possible can increase your health and perhaps decrease your weight. Also, by eating a large breakfast, you are more likely to have smaller meals throughout the day, thereby decreasing your overall calorie intake.
